Please review the guidelines below and then complete the Design Assistance Form. Once the form is completed you will be notified when we successfully receive the form submission. Then you will be sent a 1st Draft Mock-Up within 12 business hours.
Your Design Assistance Purchase Includes:
- 1 Custom Designed Mock-Up Graphic (per purchase) using the images and descriptive text that you provide by filling out the form below.
- 2 Design Revisions. Any additional revisions is $15.
Your Design Assistance Purchase Does Not Include:
- Does Not Include: Photography, images, photographs, or stock graphics. All images to be used in Custom Designed Graphics must be provided by customer. If you want custom stock images these can be made available for purchase.
- Does Not Include: Logo creation or design. All logos must be provided.
* IMAGES: All artwork and images that you upload must be at least 72 dpi - preferably 150 dpi. They must also be in actual size - a 1:1 ratio. Logos are preferred in a vector EPS format.
* TIMELINE: Our best effort will be made to provide you with a mock-up within 12 hours. Your response and feedback to mock-ups is critcal in keeping a production schedule. CustomBannerLab is not responsible for production delays or necessary expedited shipping charges due to a delay in customer response.
