Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days of artwork approval

 

While production times may vary depending on our production schedule, you can expect your order to ship within 2-7 business days of when you place your order. We will let you know your ship date during the artwork and proof approval process. You will be emailed your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

We can ship to PO or APO addresses via USPS shipping options.

As soon as your order ships you will be emailed a shipping tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

CustomBannerLab is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

CustomBannerLab is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Please contact us if you wish to ship an order internationally. 

Returns Policy

We do not have a return policy because items are customized with your artwork or logo. However, if you are unsatisfied with a product we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. To file a claim, please email customerservice@custombannerlab.com
